Welcome to Ribblesdale and District Camera Club

Ribblesdale and District Camera Club is a small, friendly group of like-minded people with the common hobby of photography, based in the Ribble Valley, just outside of Clitheroe. Photography is both enthralling and challenging and our club comprises of members at all stages of their own personal photographic journey. We are committed to the development of photography and image making as an art form, while equally promoting friendship, cooperation and the exchange of ideas among members. Whilst we are not a teaching establishment, we can provide guidance and help through our member’s wide array of skills and knowledge that they have developed over many years. During the season we run an engaging and first class programme of events, on a weekly basis for our members. These include visiting lecturers, competitions, member presentations, folios, practical evenings and social gatherings. We are a registered charity and as such we offer services to the local community when appropriate opportunities arise. Members of all levels, from beginner to established photographer, are welcome and we invite you to come and see what you think.

The Camera Club meets on Tuesday evenings from September to May starting at 7:30pm and finishing at 9:30pm in a modern venue at The Pavilion, Sawley Road, Grindleton in the main room downstairs. Get in touch at >> contact@ribblesdalecameraclub.org.uk
